Journey training package allows for you and your trainer to learn one’s foundation and where together you to will  build upon to fulfill your goals. Journey is a 90 day commitment to yourself allowing your trainer  to properly guide you through each step of your fitness journey. During each 90 cycle you will be guided through: Daily corrective exercise, workout plans for off days, nutritional guide and accountability, weekly checkins with trainer.
